Soon, a mapping of structures and research capacities on the fight against disinformation in French -speaking countries

The International Organization of the Francophonie (OIF) will soon publish a mapping of structures and research capacities fighting against disinformation in the French -speaking countries.

This initiative conducted by the OIF is part of the fight against disinformation, which has become an important concern of the member states and governments of the Francophonie. It is, through this flagship project, to enhance research and promote the dissemination of French-speaking knowledge on disinformation and the fight against this problem.

The OIF had already carried out two studies on the fight against disinformation and verification of facts in the French -speaking space, which made it possible to identify more than 200 French -speaking initiatives to verify the facts implemented in The 88 states and governments of the Francophonie.
